Rick Talbot and Katrina Millett were amazing to work with at Servpro. When my tenant pipes burst and water damaged my kitchen significantly, they were there in the same day. They came to assess immediately, I was extremely stressed and they made me feel very taken care of. They got right to work drying the entire house and being incredibly thorough. Katrina was responsive even at odd hours. Rick followed up with me continuously to make sure I was happy. My water heater, located on the 2nd floor, burst and water ruined my kitchen ceiling, living room carpet, and upstairs bathroom tile floor. Servpro was on site within a half hour from my call! They went right to work and were extremely pleasant and helpful during my crisis. I can't thank them enough for all the work they did! Thank you Dustin Souza and team!
The Gorham Servpro Team is always professional, responsive, and accommodating! Have seen them help many customers both residential and commercial through what can be a very stressful situation. They explain their process and put the customer at ease. Very friendly staff, easy to work with.
