They never answer the phone and deliveries are unreliable. Frequently packages are delivered days late, but no one can check on why and what's up because they refuse to speak with residents. The 1 conversation I was able to have was awful. The employee was rude and had no desire to help

I haven't received any of my mail over the course of the last year. I've had to resort to having my mail delivered to my work or friend's homes just to ensure I get it. Anything I have sent to my actual address always winds up returned to sender

Everybody give this people a break, they are working tons of hours, and having to deal with inept management making wacky rules. They are doing the best they can in a no win situation. Thank them for getting your mail and tons of packages delivered to your house every day. this is just my humble position. Thanks

For the past year I've been charged a 10 "returned mail" fee by my bank. Every month they send a bank statement which the USPS sends back. I haven't moved anywhere; I've lived here more than 25 years. Some mail is delivered, some is not. It's impossible to contact the Gorham post office; they don't answer the phone. Service could scarcely be worse.

Full plowed drive way, and I watch the usps driver go right past my house, tracking says unable to access delivery location. Guy clearly made 0 attempt and didn't feel like delivering it. Theese people are absolutely brain dead and dont deserve jobs.

When I tried to call the post office about a package that was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago, no one answered the phone, and when it was finally delivered, the mail carrier left my package in the middle of the drive way, I even “shoveled” the half-inch of snow on the grown and off the front step they complained about? And had the audacity to ignore me when I asked them why they couldn’t walk the extra few yards to my front step. They routinely deliver us other people’s mail and vice versa, and are never available on the phone to answer problems, and on the off chance they have been available, they’ve left lame excuses as to why our mail was delivered to he wrong house. “They’re new”, to what? Reading?! You can’t tell the difference between two different addresses that’re 10 numbers apart? It’s ridiculous.

Yesterday (a Sunday), a USPS truck pulls into out driveway. We're set back from the road so the length of the driveway is perhaps 30 yards or so. This driver came barreling down at least going 30 mph. My wife was outside with my dog and I asked her to ask the driver to go more slowly. "Yup." was the miffed replay and she (think it was a she) bolted back up the driveway probably as fast. Anyone know how to contact a supervisor in Gorham--the phone # is a dead end. God knows what might have happened if someone had appeared from around the house. It was incredibly reckless and dangerous. Anyone else have something similar happen?

Same complaints from me that everyone else has written about. My latest is the tracking says out for delivery two days in a row but no package yet, calls go unanswered, the fact that there is no answering machine to listen to customers concerns tells you that they don't give a damn about the customer. I don't like Trump but I have read that Trump wont bail out the USPS, I hope that's true because we deserve a little bit of customer service.
