Fast communication per step, promised delivery time at moment of ordering has always been kept (3 or 4 orders until now). Nice to have a trustworthy Lego source at my disposal!
The only lego shop that ships world wide. The service is great and respond quickly to emails. The shipment was processed in the same day and delivered in just 5 days. Amazing
This has to be one of the poorest customer service experiences I've ever had to deal with. Package was shipped 5 days ago and still not a single scan in the tracking number which makes it seem they haven't sent the package out yet. I placed orders from other stores in the Netherlands in the days after and received them the next or the day after. I understand covid causes delays but when I ask them to check out the status as it hasn't moved in 5 days, they just replied "we already answered your question". I'm in the distribution industry myself. If we don't see an update in shipping number after 48 hours, something is wrong. I'm not a difficult customer if 5 days into the order being shipped without zero movement I ask 'can you please look into the shipment, I believe something is wrong' I guess there is a reason they don't have a phone number. Absolutely terrible service. Unfortunately as they have a great inventory but this will make me look into other options first before ordering here. Whoever is in charge of customer service, is doing a terrible job and should look into this. This is costing you guys business.
