Very helpful staff always willing to go that extra bit to assist you anyway they can. Large selection of mobility aids available for you, your family and anyone that needs them to borrow at no cost. Donations gratefully received to help them out. Car park and staff will readily assist with loading into your vehicle. A big thank to them

This is a very good place if you need help with aids or equipment if you or a family member is disabled, they will offer help give you equipment free of charge if needed or you can give a donation if you want if you can afford to its nice as it all goes back to helping people who need. I can't praise this place or the people who work there enough well done and thank you.

We hired a wheelchair for my dad as his mobility is very limited. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We were able to purchase a wheelchair from them of which somebody had donated. No more worrying about getting to and from hospital appointments and not being able to get 1. First class service x

Thank you for your complete lack of empathy when I was looking at hiring a wheelchair on 23rd May 2019. Because I was leaving area 2 days later, I apparently could not hire one as I would be leaving the area. You only suggestion of hiring one near to where I live did not help as I was already stuck in the hospital in Great Yarmouth (I tried to explain more than once).

I have found over the last few years charity shop prices have gone up and up (some even more expensive than new) but iv found some real bargains here. The shop is set out a little cramped (I feel that a wheelchair user would struggle, especially like myself who is in a wider chair on bad days). But what set it aside from other charity shops is the friendly staff who I found quite attentive.
