Terribly unorganized and unprofessional. The receptionists are very rude. It takes forever to try and make an appointment and when someone does finally call you back they act like they are doing you a favor.

Don't call and dare ask if you need an appointment for blood work because the RUDE and VERY UNFRIENDLY woman who answers the phone will give you a NASTY attitude. We are dealing with high cases of Covid and I would think you would need an appointment to get your child blood work. The woman's response to me was, \Are you supposed to stop living?\ Sorry I asked her if I needed an appointment but there was NO reason for that response!

My 12 year old was transferred to the hospital for the hand surgeon to put pins in her very broken finger. She has been there since 1:30pm and it’s now 11:50pm and still no surgery. She hasn’t eaten all day and is in pain. They have no answers for us and she’s still not on the OR schedule. Extremely disappointed and upset for my child.

I like this chlidren hospital before but my experience today with doctor Cassie Jourdan is terrible she's not friendly hold the baby like she doesn't care i will never see her if she's there . Keep away from her she does not know what she's doing
