Razz was an excellent help with my purchase of a genesis g80. He was friendly, funny, knowledgeable, and polite. He also provided an excellent test drive experience. Dayle was extremely knowledgeable with all of the genesis models and delivered a comprehensive presentation of the vehicle and its features. He provided me with the assurances to make me feel comfortable about my new car. He also set up the genesis app on my phone with me. He also introduced me to Jerry in the service department and assured me that my vehicle would always be taken care of. Highly recommend the Suresky family for anyone in the market for a new car (currently our family has purchased/leased 8 cars with Suresky of Goshen). Our latest addition is a 2020 Genesis G70 and our 4th with John Lusuriello. John L always has his customers BEST interest/needs in mind when working to get them into a new purchase/lease. In addition, the attention to detail in explaining the G70 in and out by feature is second to none and never once was there a feeling of being rushed. Go to Mahwah. I got a Genesis G70 here in March. Last month, one of the tires chipped after hitting a pothole. I took it to this service center where Andres (I believe his name was) looked at it and said it they could replace it with no problem since I bought the Tire and Wheel Protection plan with the car. He said he would order the tire and give me a call in a few days. Well, 5 days later and still nothing. I called and got the phone clerk who said she'd have Andres call me back after I explained to her the situation. A week later, nothing. I called again with the same result. Another week, still nothing so I called again. And then another week. So 4 weeks later, I have called 4 times, explaining the situation to the clerk and have not received any calls back. I decided to call Mahwah Genesis/Hyundai. I went there a few days later and they took care of the situation within 3 days. And that is how they gained a new customer while Goshen lost one. Someone at work or in my neighborhood asks me about my G70 every week, I hate to do it but I will just tell them to go to Mahwah from now on.
All positive , I trust them with my G90.
