EDIT - AFTER LOOKING INTO THIS MORE- I BELIEVE SHE HAD THE INCORRECT NAME TAG ON. I am pretty sure she was wearing the assistant managers name tag.....looking into that now I completely understand the situations with wearing a mask currently. However if someone has severe asthma that makes this very hard on them. With that being said...Last night I walked in around 9:30pm - the only cars in the parking lot were the employees..I am entering the store- yes without a mask- I am in here for two boxes of cereal THAT IS ALL! I am not walking around the entire store...simple in and out! It is time to pay...and Cashier Ashlee walks up does not say one word to me, in fact will not even look at me. I had to ask her if my total was ready so I could pay because I am not kidding when I say she would not speak to me. Before I get into my opinion let me just tell you....I do wear a mask WHEN I CAN out of the respect for others, If I am going into a busy store with a lot of people YES I will put it on, I have to stop in isles that are empty take the mask off, take a few deep breaths, put the mask back on and continue my shopping. Last night I was completely disgusted at her behavior. She was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful and should not be allowed to work in customer service period. I live 2 minutes from this location, stop in here multiple times per week to grab stuff for my kids. They have lost a customer. I will now drive the 9 miles to the one in Paragon IN . I will NEVER shop in this store again.

One of the best Dollar General's I've been in and friendly staff!
Super kind cashier. So many flavors of ice cream! Seems to have a larger variety than many Dollar stores.
Store very clean,staff friendly very knowledgeable if you need assistance,staff is always happy to help
