I ordered my kids sausage and chips kids meals and they turnt up Uncooked told the guy and he was very rude and blamed it on there supplier I asked for a refund and got refused my kids are 2,5,6 and 7! I will never be buying from them again disgraceful

Ordered Haddock and chips. The chips were dry and the haddock was more skin and bones than fish. The fish was undercooked and the batter was still runny on the inside. I had 1 mouthful and threw it in the bin.

Have ordered from here before and never had a problem but me and my family pre-ordered from here today for it to be delivered just before 8pm and the order didn't turn up until 8:45pm it even took myself driving to the business to see what was happening as nobody was answering the phone. Sadly won't be ordering from here again.
