Usually I would try to sort this out with the restaurant before writing a review but the fact the restaurant have supplied the wrong contact details on the subway website and Google. First of all my sub had the wrong bread and the wrong meat on the inside. Also the nachos I ordered were stale with next to no cheese on them and all of the salsa just in one corner. I tried contacting the store to get this sorted properly but they have an invalid number. Such a shame as this store have lost a customer over a matter that could have been sorted very easily!

Great BMT on Italian bread & the service was quick & cheerful. Can't ask for anymore. Sometimes these places get busy & I don't mind waiting but this place has rapid service & was clean throughout which means that is here can do it, why can't other Subway's! Yum!
Consistently well made sandwiches compared to other branches. On the down side, the wraps have recently changed. They're smaller, and the tortilla is much thinner and prone to breaking, and for some unknown reason they will now I lay heat the whole thing together rather than heat the meat on its own, so you have hot lettuce.. An unfortunate change for the worse.

Just received this poor quality of service from Subway, Alver Village Square. Salad bowl half full with four pieces of chicken. Footlong BMT was lacking in salad as ordered. No lettuce, no cheese, about three pieces of pepper and no cucumber. Very, very poor service and quality of food. It suggests to me that as we are unable to watch them make the food, they believe they can get away with poor customer service as there is no recourse once the food has bern delivered. Disgusted with this excuse of an order and won't be ordering from here again. On the other hand, the Just Eat delivery was superb.
