I've heard a lot about the shop but living 2 hours south I hadn't been able to visit. I got a job in Gouarec so I was looking forward to enjoying a British banger and some smoked back bacon. I spent 60 odd euros on sausages, bacon, cheese and pasties and couldn't wait to try them.... Sadly, it was a real disappointment. The sausages were extremely salty, as was the bacon...the mushy texture of the bangers wasn't pleasant either. The Wensleydale with cranberry turned out to have dates instead of cranberries. On the plus side, the pasties were fine and the mature cheddar was very good, hence the 2 stars.
