We have visited Babypark today by recommendations of our expat friends. Unfortunately, our experience was below expectations due to the behavior and attitude of one of the male employees. He was having prejudice comments and suspicious behavior towards my partner who is of Antillean original. His attitude toward my partner was very unwelcome. The employee kept following and approaching my partner several times when my partner was on his own without me. He also came to us and was asking as in a very unfriendly manner what are we looking for. The whole experience didn't make us feel good and it's difficult to think of a worst customer experience.

Babypark Gouda is a great place if you are becoming parents for the first time in your life. It’s a massive place with everything well-structured and organized in different categories. For example you have an area with all the baby rooms, an area with all the buggy’s etc and it is also super nice presented and decorated. However, compared to other baby stores, such as Baby Dump and Prenatal, they hardly have any deduction on prices or promotion on the products for a limited time (actieweken) where they sell the product for much cheaper than the normal price. If you are buying a lot, you can try to negotiate for more. But that’s only if you want to do this of course. I would say to get information and inspiration this Babypark Gouda really the best place to go. For the best prices I would then wait for any other (online) baby store to get the product cheaper. The shop is closed on Sunday’s, which gives you limited time as a working mom or dad to be to orientate. Inside the store they have a process where you subscribe at the entrance for help/support and once an employee is available they will call your name through the shop, I think this is a good process to manage the amount of people that are visiting. What I didn't like the about the service from Babypark is that they do give you the opportunity to return an item if you don't like it (as per the law). However, you have to explain it to basically all the people over and over why and they are not satisfied with a simple answer. They will challenge you, that didn't felt service minded at all.

They were really helpful solving any of the problems I might have had with my purchases so that's a good 5-star for their good will and customer support.

Big store filled with all kinds of baby stuff. From strollers to baby rooms to baby clothes. A full day of looking what the store has to offer. Great option of having a personal salesperson walking with you to explain and give advice about all the products.

Huge selection of baby rooms and strollers. Bought our stroller here. Good service, though their collection is lacking in some categories. And their website is closed on sunday because of religious belief. Hazards of the bible belt.
