I brought 3 boxes of coffee. The quality and taste was really bad. Moreover, one of the capsule even with a hole on the top. I mailed them for return. The service desk react quickly but what they said were not in a one Line. One said I can send the one with hole as well and the other said I can only send the other two boxes which are not yet open

Please don't order a bed from this sit,they are horrible and they lie about their delivery dates.i called them several times to find out where my order is nobody seem to have the answer.horrible site
I had read a lot of reviews about the service and most of them mentioned several issues and majority of the customers seemed unhappy. However, I received my order before time and in perfect condition. I had placed an order on 03/02/21 and received it on 05/02/21. Woonq is great!
Why you didn't answer your online chat on your website ? Another question why you didn't answer phone calls at 13:30 PM ? Why u don't have "my orders" section on the customers profiles on your website? If I can't see my orders section then why I made an account on your website !! We have placed an ordered week ago, and we didn't tell till moment when we will deliver it or if it's on the way or if there is a delay or anything, zero communications till now except for one email sent when we placed the order! So what I have to do now ??????????
Quality: Pathetic Customer Experience: Terrible I ordered some side tables and the quality is so bad. The tables are wobbling, the material is cheap. I tried to return it and it appears like I have to pay to return these poor products. This is an extremely bad customer experience. I mean WoonQ should learn from their competitors on how to keep the customer happy.

I bought a box spring bed (ORD05070) 3 weeks ago and on the web shop says it takes 1/2 weeks for delivery but after 3 weeks they told me it will be delayed for extra one month. And I spent 3 weeks for nothing and forced to cancel my order. I really disappointed!
After waiting more than 4 weeks for a delivery of 4 chairs, and top of that getting confirmation in the middle of the period, I just need to wait max 2 weeks, today I got an email "The order has not been processed correctly. Do you want to receive the order or cancel the order? " This should be a bad joke!
