Stefan and the lettings team are second to none! Their attention to the customer needs is spectacular and as a tenant, that is hard to find. Too often is the landlord at the centre of focus and the tenants an after thought. Well Goundry's realise that both tenant and landlord are important. Nothing was ever too much trouble, they were always there to answer any questions and when issues at the property did arise, they were dealt with quickly, professional and to a great standard. Sad to be leaving our house managed by Goundry's due to this service and would never hesitate to recommend these guys. Simply put, they're the best.
