Never again!!!! The delay would have been forgivable had it not been for the rude and arrogant operations manager that we have coordinated with (apart from the other staff) in the Philippines not to mention the lack of problem skills of the people. Imagine having to call almost every day and explaining the issue to to different people FROM THE VERY BEGINNING!!! Their staff based here in Dubai were clueless on how our case should progress. The most they could give us is \we have already contacted our office in the Philippines.\ That's it. No follow through. No action plan. Towards the end of our ordeal with them, they told us that the delivery truck is already in the NEXT municipality but amazingly, it took them almost a week to get to us. The truck driver keeps shutting off his phone. This company doesn't have the capacity to VOLUNTARILY give us updates of our box's whereabouts! Their Facebook page only acknowledges all the inquiries and good comments but the bad reviews such as mine remain unnoticed. And when our box finally arrives, it doesn't have the BULILIT box and we still had to contact their office again and reprimand them in order for them to find the 2nd box which took them a few hours to locate thank you very much. They initially claimed and were adamant that we only have one box. Had we not insisted, the box would've been lost forever. When the box finally arrives, the box looked like a trash box. See picture attached. I rest my case. A complete disrespect to the effort and money we have invested on the package. PLEASE SUPPORT OTHER PACKAGING COMPANIES. IF IT HAPPENED TO ME, CHANCES ARE, THIS MAY ALSO HAPPEN TO OTHER PEOPLE. THE CONDITION OF THE BOX INDICATES HOW THEY HAVE HANDLED IT. MINE MAY BE AN ISOLATED CASE BUT IMAGINE IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU. IF YOU CAN FIND BETTER AND TRUSTED OPTIONS, PLEASE DO SO.
