Corinne made us a black forest gateau for Christmas. It was exceptional. I have to say it was the best cake I have had in decades, and I have eaten a lot of cake over the years! Presentation and taste were equally wonderful. Will be buying again and already recommending Corinne widely.

Corrine made us a Croquembouche for our wedding. Being French myself and my parents having their own bakery for several generations, I can say that this a top class Croquembouche!!! We ordered 300 pieces and had 140 guests, it was all gone by the end of the evening! Thank you Corrine
Corinne's patisserie is amazing!! so tasty, definitely more than just a cake. The attention to details in the presentation is stunning too. Oh and if you are in for a class, you will have great fun, she is so friendly!
I got for Christmas a buche de Noël from Gourmandises. A delicious mix of textures and tastes, along with a gorgeous presentation. And as a French, I appreciated on top her creativity and her attention to detail. Extremely enjoyable experience, reminded me of Home, so far away this year! Thank you
Corinne's cakes and pâtisserie are fantastic. The passion fruit tart is one of the best things ever! So happy she is doing pâtisserie boxes at the moment. Last year I attended Gourmandises Académie's Pastry Masterclass in Corinne's spacious kitchen. She is a great instructor. I also enjoyed several of her homecooked dinners at Le Bistrot Clandestin supperclub in her home.
