Outstanding, friendly and efficient service from a company I would wholeheartedly recommend. I was in need of a van on short notice to facilitate a house move and the first call I made was to Fisher Trucks. I selected them not based on their reputation, of which I was unaware, but because they were the most conveniently located. However, it is a decision I do not regret in the least. With just ten days notice they were able to reserve a van for me and, when circumstances necessitated a further day's use, they happily accommodated my needs. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone and the lady I dealt with in the office were both friendly and both seemed eager to help me in any way they could. I can't speak to the quality of the vehicle they provided - it's the first time in my life I have ever driven a transit van - but it was clean, spacious and suffered no mechanical issues during the rental period. It more than suited my needs and, after the first couple of days, was surprisingly easy to drive. I will be blunt - I am a difficult customer to please. I expect nothing less than perfection, though accept that few will ever meet my lofty standards. However, in the case of Fisher Trucks I can find no fault and no cause for complaint. It is a well-run, well-organised business that puts its customers first. You really cannot ask for better.
