Wrost place we are waiting since 30minutes after register ourself on registration desk but there is no body who can help us we are very disappointed by this i think every Government office is like this Can anyone doing this correctly

Saff is not helpful, no proper response from reception, officers are not on their table for work they were outside building in sunlight. Out of 5 or 6 tables only 2 are working. Othere tables are empty.

Staff is very helpful. The only thing that one should worry about is the full documents required to change name Here is what you want for giving added in Gazette of changing/correction of name 1. 2 photos and I'd proof 2. Ad in nation newspaper 3. Affidavit of changing/correction of name 4. 2 public notice performa and a CD (which is available for Rs50 at the dept). 5. Photocopy of document in which you want to rectify or change name They will accept payment only in credit or debit card. Fee110050(for CD)
