I bought my first Gow-Mac unit, 2-1/2 years ago. The unit performed well, so I bought a second unit last year as a back up. The units do a good job, considering they really aren't made for what I do and the exterior environment that I use them in. Ben Strohler, their service technician has helped me adjust the devices to perform better, and, in the rare occasion that I've had trouble has been a big help on advising me what to do, so I could avoid the headache of shipping the unit(s) back to have them worked on. Cindy De'Angelo has also been of great assistance, always offering any help she can provide.
