What an absolute shambles of a company!! Had a no fault accident August 2019 and these people phoned me saying they'd be handling my vehicle and personal injury claims. Great I thought, just sit back and wait for her insurance to sort my car out...... And waited.....and waited...... I phoned periodically about the state of my claim over the next few weeks but 'the person who's dealing with your claim is out of the office' line was used so much I gave up after 3 months. Cut to January 2020. A breakthrough. The other party had admitted liability and my compensation was on its way.......as soon as I'd found out where my car was......it had been crushed as no one had taken responsibility for it. No problem though as 'we will take care of it'. This went on for the next few months. Cut to August 2020. I sent them a birthday card as it had been a year since my accident and I was still without a car. A change of legal advisor brought new hope that my claim was going to be settled. Alas, this was not the case. The young girl dealing with my claims said that they wouldn't be able to get the insurance money for my car (even though I was not at fault) as they didn't go and check on my car that had been scrapped. Apparently this was my job (as well as getting the other drivers details, finding out where my car had been taken, getting physiotherapy for my back, phoning my insurance, her insurance, gowing law for updates). I've just had my personal injury claim which is just over half of what I should have had. I'm now 8K down because of the incompetency of this company in not going to look at my car to assess it or not telling me that I was required to do so. I wish I'd never had anything to do with them.

Professional service from Gowing Law Solicitors. My case was handled in they way i wish every customer should experience. Compensation from road car accident took few weeks. Customer contact always responsive and very understanding. I have not answered their phones many many times due been very busy with newborn but kept trying to communicate and never complained. I missed few doctor's appointment but this was also not an issue for them. Overall very satisfied with their service. Highly recommended.
Just to note I haven't had any professional dealings with this company. My experience is completely different, however, I feel its worthwhile to share: I filled in the first part of a PPI claim and decided against going ahead with it, but since then I keep getting texts/phone calls - I've asked several times to be removed from their Marketing list and still receive text reminders every day or 2. I've called them, messaged them privately on twitter, blocked the number, yet still get a message from them. I've just asked again now on their online chat to remove me off their list and was told I'm not on it?! Yet, I've had a message today! If you're looking into this company, please just make sure that its something you want to proceed with as you will just receive constant marketing texts! its annoying and just fills me with dread!
I had not expected to have had any reason to interact with a law firm, and it was due to a recent unexpected road traffic incident, that led me to contact Gowing Law Solicitors Firm, to confer regarding the case, which from the outset, had been approached in a prompt, professional and friendly way....
