These people are fantastic! We are first time pool owners. Both times that I've been in for advice and to buy chemicals, the employees really took their time to thoroughly explain what I needed, how to use it, and why. And though the person behind me had to wait a bit, I can guarantee that they gave him just as much good quality service as they did myself. That was proven obvious, as they stopped to welcome him in, greeting him by name. In today's world of rush rush rush, it was refreshing to get the kind of good quality service, you used to only see in the old days, where you were treated not just as another random customer, but as a familiar and appreciated client. They didn't laugh or seem bothered by my inexperienced questions. They also didn't try to over sell me on products I didn't need. They were friendly, and very knowledgeable. We won't go anywhere else for our pool supplies.

I’ve found my pool supply store. I’m new around here, and had experienced some less than helpful and less than pro folks. April and her crew at GPS were nothing but awesome for us and they deserve your business. I maintain my own pool, but I buy what I need from this GPS store. Our pool pump and parts, and our Thermeau pool heater that makes it so we can enjoy our pool almost year round were purchased and installed by these folks. Big thanks to April and to the Land O Lakes GPS!

I had a pool part break and April was very knowledgeable about which part to order and the options I had. The part arrived in one business day. Joe and April both explained how to install the new part. Once I was home it wasn’t happening easily for me so I gave them a call. Joe walked me through and troubleshooted the problem. Still unable to make it work, Joe came to my house within a couple hours with an additional part I needed and quickly made the repair for me. Excellent customer service!

GPS Pools in Land O' Lakes @ Connerton is a great store, and staff. April & Joe are always responsive and professional. There home pool service is the best I have ever had. I could tell many horror stories about other pool services, and stores, but there's not enough room or time. GPS is the complete opposite. I completely trust them, and can rest easy know my pool is in good hands, and I don't have to worry about it. That's a big deal to me, and I appreciate them very much!!
