The place is great location from where we live, however, the attention and services are very low quality, do not seem knowledgeable, do not follow up on requests. If you need something you really have to push to get it, even your medical history. Doctor Gabriel won’t even check you, he will prescribed anything for you to leave the place, they are not good keeping notes or organized history from patients, keep “loosing” records. Not friendly at all. Do not recommend this place at all. Also, every single time I’ve been there 10 -15 minutes before my appointment, still have to wait for about an hour to be seen. With scheduled appointments

The doctors here are the most patient, kind and gentle ones I have ever met with a beautiful bed side manner. I am not entirely sure where the other reviews come from, but they saved my life and really do care.

I think most of these 1 star reviews are outrageous and selfish, pathetic really. I’ve had above average experiences with each and every visit and have never witnessed bad behavior from any staff members. It sounds to me like the people having a bad experience are just egotistical people with great expectations. They’re the same people who walk into a super busy McDonalds at lunch time and freak out on the staff because they’ve been waiting too long. They’re just not capable of understanding the reality that is taking place, so they have a little hissy fit. These types of people seem to have a constant chip on their shoulder, they look down their nose at most everyone and go through life thinking that the world owes them something. Get in line, if you feel like complaining, maybe try their job out for awhile and shush your mush! Fantastic job Gracepoint staff.

Husband, age 63 and with diabetes, was told today that COVID-19 was not something to worry about. My husband won't complain, but as a former managing editor of peer reviewed nursing and allied medical professions journals, I take issue with the doctor and the culture at this clinic.

Terrible service. Wish I could give zero stars. I called as per 811 to see if I could get an over the phone appointment. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and refused me because I hadn't been to the clinic previously even though I had my Alberta health number available, said it would be \too complicated\. Called into the next closest clinic right after them and was on the phone with a doctor and then in person with one all within an hour.(Also have never been to that clinic either)
