Professor guga is extremely knowledgeable and has time for every single person on the mat. This is the most welcoming and friendly environment to train in and I highly recommend it to anyone as you will only be in a positive enviornment.

Everybody was very welcoming when I started which was great as BJJ was very different from anything I had done in the past. Now 18 months in and still loving it.

It's a family run school and all the students will help you whenever and with whatever you need. it is a great lifestyle change for myself.

Fantastic training environment. Staff are friendly and the training is 1st class. Professor Guga has a deep level of Bjj and his attention to detail is 2nd to none. Egos are left at the door and everyone training there helps those around them. I started there as a newbie 3 years ago and have always felt comfortable, safe and confident that I have been given the personal attention to my training at all times. All ages and levels of fitness are welcome. Can’t recommend highly enough.
