So for an update i was able to get the part to get the frame-set working again, it took me a lot of time though. so i got gifted a viper frame-set from a friend who bought one a few years back. after lots of emails & phone calls to buy a replacement derailleur hanger & even passing by the physical address to find no one there, i have decided that this brand and company are completely useless. you can't sell a frame-set for almost 2000,- euro & have no customer support whatsoever. please answer my emails if you are reading this. On Wednesday, July 26th 2017, early morning I went to this shop after giving and getting some requirements if they could check out what went wrong with the gears of my recumbent tricycle IceSprint RS. This was shop number three. After looking for some ingenious hanging system and holding the trike steady, he first did a review what went wrong. He fixed everything as good as new with the fine tuning of my gears. I did a test ride along the nearby cycle way and the ride went smoothly. The most surprising thing was that I even did not had to pay for his used time. So the day after I did the cycle tour of Wörthersee without any problems. This shop has really helped me to continue a lovely holiday. If you would have some cycle troubles and are nearby Ortner Bikesport, you should really go there to get the problem solved. After picking up a newly delivered Dutch bike at the GVZ Warehouse in Fallegasse I realized it is a bit big to pack it in my car. Had no tools to disassemble a front wheel, so I went around to find them .. Got to the Bikesport Ortner where they kindly offered an assistance - they brought in my bike with their pickup van and did the job themselves in no time. Highly recommend if you need fast and professional assistance in town.

The store has everything related to bikes and Arnold and his team are genuinely helpful and knowledgable about bikes. Also, they can be trusted to give you the best advice for your bike and parts.
