Great hotel with the most amazing views you can ask for. Went there on a trip a few years ago and I can definitely see myself going back! The food was really good too.

There is a lot pluses and minuses in this Hotel. The owner lost our payment (we payed 1 month before our staying) and we had to call to our bank to send us notice that we really payed, they just didn't believed us. I find this very unprofessional. But they found our payment when we got back at home (and return the second payment). Hotel has a very nice park and big parking. They have good breakfast - mainly sweet stuff and no fresh vegetable or fruit. Which is a bummer for us, because we do like to eat healthy. The staff was friendly. The room was very loud. You could not open the windows because of the loud traffic. And some noises were coming from the air condition at night. There are also very thin walls of the rooms. Someone in the next room was watching TV very loud - we could hear everything (there was a lot of noise also from the hallway - people coming and going). But the view from the 4-th floor was amazing! You could see Vesuvio - really beautiful. Other than that it is a nice stay, but maybe not on the peak of the season or on the days when there is a lot of people in the hotel. The room and the hotel was very clean.
Good rooms but took a while to set up and had to wait in the hotel where there were no activities. Not very flexible hours for breakfast and dinner, sometimes food can be tasteless and bland. Vegetarian options are meagre and are a sad excuse which I would be ashamed to serve to a person. The staff was quite sombre and didn't really look happy to serve us. Overall a quite mediocre experience.
Modest comfort, clean & tidy. Shower is a little wonky. But here's the big one: the AC shuts off in the middle of the night. When you wake up in a sweat, you have to get up and turn it back on. Other than that, no complaints. Food was decent, outside patio is nice. 3 elevators helps reduce waiting.
Nice place to stay. Quality food and friendly service. Definitely recommend
