One star for the nice service, another star for the excellent local wine. The pastas were too salty and not so tasty, but the price was even higher than that in Rome. Compared to that, I give them only two stars. Not recommended. :(

We were talked into buying 3 dishes of pasta to sample. One of the dishes was ok the others dreadful. Very salty. We were then charged 12 for each (tiny) plate of pasta. The tiramisu was a joke, tasted nothing like. The bill ended up being 124 for 2 ppl. A bit of a rip off. Will not be going back!
We had the experience to meet with the owners last week. Both Alfonso and Amelia are great souther italian people. We had a visit at the factory and we are impressed on what's coming. The pasta was amazing, tried 3 different types and it was so tasty right to the last bite. If you are in gragnano napoli, it's worth the visit. We didn't get to eat at there new bistro as it's going to be finished in a few weeks. Next visit to Italia we are sure to try it. Exited about getting this pasta to Vancouver Canada.
