Just had my Janome sewing machine serviced by John (Grahams son) who did a fantastic job, the machine is working better than ever and I'm so glad I booked them to do it, he was also able to get my mum's 1922 Singer hand sewing machine working perfectly and she is over the moon with it. Graham came to my house (so much more convenient than my having to carry two heavy machines to a repair shop). Sadly one of my machines was past economical repair. Graham serviced my second machine and it's now working perfectly. Great service, very friendly and super efficient. Thank you Graham.

Efficient and fast email communication to set up the appointment, and the team were really flexible in getting a date set, to come to the house. Graham was then on time, super efficient, chatty and really tidy. He has been working with sewing machines of all types for years - and is clearly an expert .
