My 79 year old mother had a cataract procedure and BOTH Dr. Mueller and Dr. Sorrell were great. They are both great technicians with very personable bedside manners. Highly recommended for anyone considering cataract surgery.

I had an eye exam in late September 2019. I asked about contacts, and was told that I'd have to get a fitting done, but they had to order the samples. My vision insurance soon ended so I never went back, but I kept getting bills for 65. Last week I finally had the extra money to pay the bill, and called them and asked what the bill was for. I was told it was for my contact fitting that never happened. I asked if I could still get the contact fitting once I paid the bill, even though my insurance had lapsed. I was told that I could, so I set up an appointment and paid the bill over the phone. Upon arriving at my appointment I was told that I was too close to the one-year expiration of my eye exam (still two months away, mind you), to get my fitting. I said that I should get my money back or the fitting done since I had paid for it. They told me it couldn't happen and showed me paperwork I had signed saying the fitting had to happen within 90 days of the initial exam. While I understand this part, I am extremely unhappy that they told me I could get my fitting done so I would pay, then told me at my appointment I couldn't get the fitting done because it was 10 months since my exam, then told me I couldn't get my money back, then pulled out the paperwork I had signed. It seems to me they went through all possible avenues of getting paid and keeping the money before showing me that document, which is very shady business behavior. I will be contacting my insurance company to tell them that Granbury Eye Clinic charged for a service that was never rendered (and that there wasn't even an appointment set until last week).

I went in to get a contact lens check which i was told by them and my insurance would be paid for following cataract surgery. I double checked when i arrived and they said everything was covered. Two months later got bill and explained insurance covered. I took them all papers they needed for proof. Two months later got another bill. I went in and was told to disregard bill because they had it taken care of. Got another bill, called insurance and was told they did not file it properly. Called eye center and they said their notes do not say it was follow up cataract surgery. I said that was only reason i went there. I am now getting collection calls and letters. Beware going to Granbury Eye Center I only gave 1 because dr was nice.

I have been going to this practice for 8 years. Dr. Nicole Mueller and staff are great. The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. The office environment is very pleasant. Dr. Mueller is the best. She is knowledgeable, thorough, professional and caring. She has been diligently watching and treating glaucoma in my right eye for the past 4 years. The condition is stable, thanks to her. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Mueller and her staff are very kind and compassionate. I recently had cataract removal surgery and did great! Dr Mueller is the best!
