One of the best Dunkin's around. I'll drive the extra miles to ensure my order is correct. They are always friendly and always get it right.

Yes. This is a sausage scramble bowl. Yes, it is upside down. Yes, there was a kid on it, but that isn't the point. Basic stuff like this is not ok.
Walked in with my Mom. We were the only ones in there. Waited for 5 minutes at the counter which was fine, no welcome or I’ll be with you shortly though. When I asked if we were allowed to order inside a girl snapped at us and said “you gotta be patient we only two people in here!”. And that’s was fine... except for the fact that she was wasn’t working at all, she was FaceTiming with someone and saying how cute the dog was. The other guy just made eye contact with us when we walked in and looked away quickly. But then again it’s a Dunkin, can’t expect great service.
I love DD's cold brew but avoid this store. The one down the street in Simsbury near Antonio's is much better for wait times and courtesy of staff. I usually don't complain about staff but she was really snotty today. Made me wait at window forever while a line formed behind me. Then when she finally came to window yelled at me that she was alone and her helper just got there. I said to her.. just come over and tell the person waiting. Don't make us sit here and then yell at us. Then she says as I take my card from her.. don't you grab your card from me. Seriously! Lol Really tired of people with attitudes. Just need to treat others how you want to be treated.
No indoor drive thru takes to long.
Consistent quality.... And consistently long drive thru waits. Can't vouch for inside wait times though. Staff is always pleasant even when they are obviously stressed from being understaffed. Far far far better than the Southwick DnD.
Dunkin is a nice place, but prices are darn expensive, especially when Cumberland farms right up the street has any size 99 cents,, im just saying
they always mess at least one thing up. go to literally any other dunkin’ and u’ll be fine.
