This is a very nice quiet and well run establishment. I have stayed here before. Friendly service, very clean rooms. Great pool and outdoor amenities. Grocery store across the street and pizza and dollar discount next door. About a 25 min walk to Grand Bend Beach. Well worth the stay.

Great place to stay. Clean and close to everything. Best part is there is a common fire pit for everyone. Never see that at a hotel. Highly recommended. Will visit again.
Stayed here for a night last minute, and the booking process was super easy and pleasant. Very well run by the nicest staff and clean rooms. The outdoor space was lovely, had a nice night on the couches by the fire. Would recommend to families, couples or solo travellers. Also a close 15 minute walk to the beach!

We had the most amazing weekend at the Blue Water Resort! Yes it's a resort not your average motel. Laura and her staff gave us a warm welcome. The room was clean and comfortable. There are lots of family friendly spaces to enjoy. The outdoor pool is heated and the water is clean and clear. We biked to the beach in all of 5 minutes. We carried our inflatable swan Gwendolyn on top our truck and it was an instant hit with everyone. The guests at the resort were super friendly. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the amazing hospitality!!!
I spent a week in the motel with my family, we had a wonderful time, very nice place, the rooms were very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the staff was very friendly, the location was perfect, 5 minutes from the beach and downtown, what else could you ask for? ... thanks for a wonderful stay. We will return.

Had a amazing time ppl are so friendly the owner was amazing . I love the pool u can bbq and jus 10 min walk to the beach .looking forward to going back.
