My attention was drawn by the sign out front indicating that there was help available for tinnitus sufferers. I have had this condition for many years and any help would be a blessing. I was greeted with a friendly hello upon my arrival and was quickly ushered in for my hearing test. Everything was explained in detail and any questions I had were quickly and professionally answered. I would recommend Sound Therapy to anyone who asked.
Great service they put me on Flex-Trial which was great. I could try out the hearing aid with out buying them. They feel great, very comfortable, I'm going back next week for software adjustment.
The girls are very professional, and make you feel at ease. When they are testing your hearing or fitting your new hearing aids, they answer all your questions. I would highly recommend their services, and I personally like shopping local. Brian K.
I have tinnitus (ringing of the ears) and decided to get checked out by Sound Therapy Hearing Centre to see about a remedy. I was seen at the time I had appointed and I was tested thoroughly on the state of my hearing. I was informed immediately of the results and proceeded to the stage by stage assessment for non-medical tinnitus treatment. While it is too soon to report an outcome in my situation, I highly recommend Sound Therapy Hearing Centre for all things related to hearing.
