We had a good experience with The Laser Whisperer. Ken was able to answer questions and always responded to emails promptly. Our Quanta Laser was fixed quickly when we had limited help from other companies. He was very knowledgeable with Cutera and Quanta Technology.

I've been dealing with The Laser Whisperer for several years now. He has completed repairs on my Pico, Elite and Medlite lasers. His prices were reasonable and he even picked up one machine that had to go into the shop for repair. He understands that when a machine is down we aren't able to work so he does his absolute best to ensure that we don't lose time. He has even worked over a weekend to get us up and running.
I have been looking at opening my own business and wasn’t really sure what kind of aesthetic laser services I wanted to offer or which machines would be the best fit for my business but Ken and his staff were very helpful, offering plenty of information answering all of my questions. I would recommend this business to anyone who’s in need of genuine answers and help.
I have used The Laser Whisperer both for repair and for also selling a laser that I no longer needed. Both transactions were completed to my satisfaction. I trust that the repairs are done to spec and will use this service again.
This guy is % con artist. I wish there was a "0" or negative start rating for people like Ken Dinel. Talk to people in the industry and you will learn more about his ethics. The images on his bwebsite are not his machine. He works from his kitchen counter and posts picture of others people's machine's
I am very disappointed by their service and the way this business and the owner, Ken Dinel, treats the customers. I placed an order for a machine and paid the total amount of fees in Nov 2017. I was told to allow them for 2 weeks shipping. But, after 2 weeks, they came up with many back to-back nonsense excuses for several weeks and false claims regard to the shipping . When they failed to deliver the machine, I cancelled my order on Feb 1st, 2018 and asked them for a full refund as the owner promised me on several emails and ovations before. Furthermore, they did not return any calls and emails. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Breuer, BBB, but they did not even respond to BBB. Finally, they responded to calls and emails, and I was promised to get refunded in June, then the same promise in July, and the same promise again in Aug; nothing happened. The owner always comes up with an excuse, which is the same way he started the deal from the very beginning. I should not have trusted them, and I do not recommend this business to anybody.
