Highly recommend Grand & Cicero. They are trust worthy, and do an amazing job when it comes to my auto repairs. We have been going here for a few years and never had an issue. The best thing is that they work hard to get your car fixed and back to you the same day!

I have tried many mechanics but this place by far has the best service with reasonable prices. I am very satisfied with their repairs. My car runs much better now than when I took it to other garages and my car is 14 years old!
I was recommended this place by a body shop I had work done previously and honestly thank god! I was due for an oil change and wanted some real TLC for my car. I was so sick of going to JiffyLube. I felt like every time I left there I got screwed somehow and my car paid the price. Grand & Cicero Service was a huge blessing for me. Mike and his team are so knowledgeable, friendly, professional and overall amazing customer service. They will treat you like family, which is the best when it comes to family owned businesses like this one. They took their time with my car, unlike some places who take a whole 20 mins and send you out the door. They inspected my car so thoroughly, everything that was done was documented and sent to you via email or text before you even walk out. I even got a great estimate for future repairs. You will always know the ins and outs of your car when doing business with this place! You WILL NOT be disappointed. Mike and team, thank you for all your hard work!

Mike and his team are the best. I’ve been taking my BMW there for years. From oil changes to brakes they have always performed the work for a fair price and quick turnaround. Clean shop and a nice waiting area. I would highly recommend G&C, give em a try, they are a reputable shop and take pride in their work.
