It was our Second trip to Mumbai and Goa and decided to go with Grand Eastern Holidays, We choose Grand Eastern Holidays and it was from Assam. After finishing the trip we think it was a pretty good decision. The tour was pleasant. The Hotels provided by Grand Eastern Holidays were good, and the locations were very convenient. Mr. Raktim from Grand Eastern Holidays was all the time in touch with us and had taken good care of us and provided all our travel needs. We stayed at Hotel IORA BAGA BEACH, very good hospitality, excellent complementary breakfast, enjoyed pure Assamese Thali. Over all a very well organized trip. We definitely recommend Grand Eastern Holidays to others and looking forward for our next trip probably to Kashmir with this company.

I travel a lot and always enjoy planning it myself. For my last Bhutan trip with family, however, I came to Grand Eastern Holidays for help smoothing out the logistics. I’m really happy I did. Mr. Raktim, my travel planner was very responsive to my asks, and helped me with everything. Also, he tried to make last minute arrangements to suit my expectations. He had some great ideas of fun things we could do and guided me towards what routes would fit best. On arrival in Bhutan we had a fantastic guide and driver. They took great care of us, provided us with lots of information on the country and we were having great fun the whole time! Couldn't have asked for a better trip, thanks so much to everyone at this travel company for arranging it!

We spent ten days in north east India Tour. We have booked our tour with grand eastern online. When we arrive at airport, the representative and driver were waited us there. Our tour was wonderful with wonderful foods and great hotels. We had a great tour of shillong kaziranga and tawang . Lovely places, great drivers, and amazing food and accomodations. Mr. Raktim always made sure that we saw as much as possible, but paced the trip to continuously see sites while relaxing. We loved every minute of the tour. Excellent service from drivers as well. We will use grand eastern holidays again!

Our last trip to Shillong was a great experience. We booked the whole package from Grand Eastern Holidays. The hotel the Loft Executive Inn in Shillong was very good. The stuff's were very friendly and the room was clean and well maintained. The car and the driver was good. The driver was cooperative and he knew all the places. So, we never had any problems during the trip. We like Grand Eastern Holidays for one more reason. When we were in Shillong, there were some agitations going on due to CAA. My family were little afraid to travel. But Mr. RAKTIM,the guy from Grand Eastern took immense care of us during the whole trip personally and made us feel secured and relieved. I really appreciate Raktim's effort. Great company...Hats of to you guys.

We went to Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh in the last Diwali vacation. We know that very few travel agency does Tawang tour. Based on online reviews we selected Grand Eastern Holidays for our trip. They handled the whole trip with great care. We always received a call in the evening from them. The accommodations were very good. Specially the Tawang Homestay and Dhe Dhan Gakhyil in Bomdila. Nameri eco camp was also very good. We should have stayed in Nameri for one more day. We thank Grand Eastern for their professionalism

We were a group of senior citizens travelling through a local travel partner Vaishnavi Travels from Bengaluru in November 2019. We were very lucky to have Grand Eastern Holidays to guide us during the whole trip of Assam, Aruncahal Pradesh and Meghalaya. Our tour guide Mr.Raktim Bezbora was passionate about his field and a fantastic individual. He had in-depth knowledge about the region, people, practices and traditions.His warm and welcoming demeanour put us instantly at ease and we knew we were in great hands.I have been travelling quite often and I have never come across a guide like Mr.Raktim who has immense patience in dealing with the tourists.I would strongly recommend Mr.Raktim and Grand Eastern Holidays if you are planning a trip to the North Eastern part of India. Our recent tour to Tawang and Shillong was everything and more than expected. It lived up to the Grand Eastern’s emphasis on culture, nature and comfort. Exceptional driver and the guides attended to our main interests and needs. Very enjoyable were boating in Umkot river and stay at Tawang Homestay and Bomdila homestay. The wonderful food quality and selection and the sites visited in Tawang and Shillong. It was all one could hope for in this part of the country and a strong inducement to do another grand adventure very soon with Raktim …
