Dr.Leroy broke my glasses and then laughed at me when I asked him about it. The right arm snapped off so a replacement arm was being screwed on to the glasses for me. When I picked the glasses up, the right arm was screwed on, but now the left arm was snapped off! I was very upset when I saw that, so I asked reception what was the deal. The nice lady told me that Dr.Leroy fixed them so she didn't know why it was like that. He came over to look and said, and I am paraphrasing because I don't remember his exact words, "yeah it's been snapped." I simply stated that it wasn't like that before, and he turns his back, laughs, walks away to his office. I don't know what to say man, now I'm being told how to tape my glasses because if I do anything else I will void my warranty. I understand everyone is under stress because of Covid, but why take it out on me, what did I do.

I'm very disappointed with the service I've had with the reception I get. I feel like I have to fight to get my glasses fixed. I get the covid thing but I've never had a good experience! The doctor though is very nice and helpful but the receptionist is not. I'd rather not go back and go to another town, which is sad.

Dr. Alan was professional from the start of the appointment until the end. Not only was he informative, but kind. His office staff was informative and pleasant. It sure was comforting to know that during these difficult times I could go and have my eyes checked in this amazingly safe environment.

Alan is a nice guy, the lady there too was respectful and kind. Great service and no bs! UPDATE: Just got my glasses, I'm impressed! I picked out a frame that was good looking, good quality, and a reasonable price. recommend you give these people a try, definitely worth it.

Failed to disclose to me in person that I e astigmatism. They also told me my prescription didn't change, then when I called a week later they told me it had changed dramatically and they told me about astigmatism I had for years YET they failed to ever tell me about it over 6 years
