Love the owners, they're friendly and provide great service. Love my daily fix (24oz Caramel Marvel, hot, with an extra shot). 99.5% of the time taste is consistent regardless of time / day / who makes my drink.

Friendly staff who are willing to go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. I have a caffeine intolerance and they make a point to make me a new delicious drink every week-- caffeine free.
Loved the staff; very friendly. I regret that I can't always choose this as my chain coffee choice. So much setter than Sbux! The coffee tastes good on it's own and the flavored drinks aren't overwhelmingly sweet.
Let me start off by saying the staff is just awesome. I have been to several Biggby locations and the staff here are award winning compared to some of the other ones. This staff remembers all there regular customers orders by heart and loves to learn more about the people they are serving on a personal level. If you looked up customer service in the dictionary it would say Spring lake Biggby.
The cream cheese spreads are good, unfortunately the bagel dough is super salty. Don't go anymore.

Coffee great! The staff is always friendly! Clean and comfortable environment! My favorite place to stop for coffee!
So many choices! Great drinks and an offering of alternative milks. Better than other coffee shops.
