I have had several surgeries at NOCH and they have all been positive experiences. The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. The pre-surgery staff was absolutely the best. Dr.Barron and his surgical staff was an awesome group. And post surgery was excellent!! I went home feeling very confident and so happy with my care from this wonderful group of professionals.

If you don't have health insurance, you can forget about ever being treated!! For those with health insurance, they will run up a large hospital bill! I waited 8 hours for them to fix a broken finger for me. As a result, I had to have that same finger rebroken weeks later and pins put in to straighten it! I once got yelled at by a nurse after a major surgery, she told me to shut up because she said it didn't hurt that bad. I had about 25 staples! They didn't have the proper equiptment to save my brothers life! He had a collaped lung and they did the wrong thing by putting him under for the ambulance ride to Spectrum hostpital in Grand Rapids. He died on the way there!

I just had surgery here and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly, warm, and on time. Every single doctor and nurse went above and beyond to make me feel safe and welcome. I would 100% have a procedure here again if needed.
