Fast service. Nice employees. Calming atmosphere. Food is too pricey for a glorified fast food place. Expect to pay 12-15 for a meal and a drink... equivalent to going to a nicer restaurant.

Very slow service this morning, with very few customers. Mocha was served cool, after whipped cream had dissolved. Asked for toasted bagel to get toasted a second time, and was still cold. Forgot to serve the pastry we ordered. Coffee and a bagel almost took 10 minutes. Food was mediocre after bailing and taking it home for a proper toasting.
Visited two days in a row. I thought the first day they were just slow. Today was even worse, plus the order was totally wrong. Very sad as I really like Panara and would like to see them do well. But, I will not be going back.
Very disappointed in the service they are so worried about the masks their customer service has gone downhill We will not be coming back
We are so happy we stopped in. Had a nice conversation with the manager. It was nice to eat in a restaurant and have conversation with others. The food tasted great as well! I love the comfort the cheddar broccoli soup brings. I hate that we are just passing through but we will be back.
