Dealer did not fulfill promise I purchased 2014 Mazda CX-9 that had only one key. The sales rep told me he received approval from his manager that it would be no problem to provide a second key for my vehicle. It's been over a month and the dealership is ignoring my requests. If the dealership acted with greater integrity, and fulfilled their promise, this would easily be a five star review. Since they did not act, I cannot give them a higher rating for something they promised.

Brought my truck in for it's first oil change and asked about a coupon I found online. The staff informed me they had a better deal available than what I found. That says a lot that they would mention an offer to save me even more money. Oil change, inspection, and tire rotation all completed and I received a summary of all work done and checked. Very professional service.

Tried to schedule a trailer brake controller installation. Told the part would not be available until Sept. Called in Sept, told the part would not be available until December. Called another dealer and he ordered it and shipped it in 3 days. Preferred quoted me 178 to install it and map software. Charged me 291.82. with 48.88 in \shop supplies\ and misc. What shop supplies and misc I asked? he told me for lift. --but you don't need a lift to install trailer brake controller.

Purchased a car a while back, 500 cash down payment, the dealer told me that the 500 would go down ,as my first payment, well..they never payed it, stole the money, didn't put it on the loan, and left me a payment behind, only found out a year later when the loan company called me to let me know I have 2k in late fees, and they want to repo the car..got all that taken care of out of my own pocket, preferred wont answer my calls, or return messages...think about calling the cops, I have all the documents...these guys are scam artists avoid at all costs

I purchased a 2014 Cadillac SRX and no sooner got home and had a severe clunking in the transmission. I asked if I return the car as their websites states a 3 day money back guarantee, I was informed that this car didn’t qualify for a return and was sold as is. They did offer to look at the car but reminded me it was sold as is. The car was barely driveable and not safe so instead of trying to drive to 50 miles to their location I took to my shop and discovered it needed 1200 in transmission repairs. I asked Preferred if they would help with the repairs and declined. My bad for trusting them to sell me a good safe reliable car, this was a very bad and expensive experience.
