Went to Ford dealer in Grand Haven Mi. They could not have been better. They took us right in, our battery died for the second time with only 14,000 Miles. They checked it out and after two hours said we needed a new one and it was covered by the warranty. Cost nothing!! I sure was happy. They also have great waiting rooms and wonderful coffee.
