It's a nice little place with good people working there. The only thing is that the products are junk. Around the time when this place first opened I was young and went in with my family. I made a zip up jacket that said Grand Haven on it. The lettering was sparkly and it had a pretty cool design. The next day when I was wearing it the R fell off. When I took it back they refused to refund the purchase, which I guess I understand seems as how it was a custom made item. But they could have at least let me make another or have given me store credit?? Well just last Saturday 9/2/17 I went back in with my husband and thought I would give it a try again. This time I wasn't going to make anything. Instead I grabbed a maroon colored t shirt that said Grand Haven on it with a lighthouse and a sunset. I paid 12.95 for it I believe. The next day I wore it for the first time. I put it on and was only in the car. Within an hour the sunset on the shirt had peeled away from the shirt and now it had a missing piece of the picture and you can see the red shirt showing through. Of course when I went back then next day around noon they were closed. So I am now stuck with crappy products. Yes the idea of making a shirt is cool and the designs may be pretty neat but DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! The products are complete junk and they do not refund or exchange. You will be stuck with a shirt that is junk. Go to Barefoot Daves. They have great deals and I got a t-shirt from him for 10 and another one from his Dad in Saugatuck for 14. Way better quality and worth the extra possible 5. I would personally rather have better quality than a design that will rip and tear with in an hour or day of wearing it.
