Always great customer service. Mistakes happen of course as they are just human, but they are always super friendly and generous when correcting a mistake. I'm not one to speak up if I think something is wrong with my drink or if it was misheard/made a smaller size, but I swear they are mind readers and always notice my small reaction to having an incorrect drink and ask me if its correct! Ben is always really chill.

Stopped in this morning after work ordered an iced coffee with 4 pumps white mocha, sweet cream, classic and no ice. Got to the window and asked if they hadn't made it yet if i could actually get it without the classic. They informed me they had already made it, but would be more than happy to remake it. I insisted that it was fine Id just have the one that was made. But they insisted on remaking it and went ahead and did it anyways. I had never had this coffee and was trying something new. They ended up giving me both to see which one i liked better. They seriously made my whole day, amazing customer service. Definitely will be going back soon!!!
The cappuccino was good as usual.....but....I measured my 12 oz when I got home at exactly 8 oz....you should give the 12 oz you sell️
This one has been great. We come from Washington. So there is one on almost every corner. So we were happy to see. Starbucks in Grand Haven. They have always gotten our order correct. And the girl doing our order is so nice. The guys making it. Not so nice. Little snobby.
The workers are super friendly but my goodness is it slow there. Did a mobile order and it said 4-7 min wait, it was 15 mins before I got my drink. Having fussing baby in car made it more stressful. But again super friendly workers. Just need to work on speed
