Amazing House! Great results! Highly recommended! Their work is of high quality & standards, excellent communication, personalized design, modern and sophisticated approach. Easy to deal with, unlike my previous building experiences when I was scared to build again. Very helpful and professional staff, especial thanks to Nicola, Damian, and Abbie, much appreciated their dedication and helpful approach. Mark or Clint are always there to answer questions or address any concerns. If we were ever wanting to build again, I wouldn't look anywhere else but only build with Grand Pacific Homes, cannot recommend them high enough. Thanks guys!

My wife and I have worked with Grand Pacific Homes twice and both times have been incredibly impressed by their attention to detail, timeliness and communication. Our first home was a custom build and the team offered up great ideas, kept us informed along the process and pushed our deadline forward to allow us to be in our first home before the arrival of our daughter. Our second property they renovated from an old fashioned 80s home into a modern house within months, transforming the space below budget and in a timely fashion. We would not hesitate building with Grand Pacific Homes and can not recommend them highly enough.
I have built with Grand Pacific Homes twice now and would build with them again. For my most recent build I came to Grand Pacific with a concept design from an architect. After receiving several quotes over-budget, they were able to help refine the design to an affordable build whilst maintaining the majority of our original concept. During the build Mark and Clint were always contactable and were always consultative making sure the finishes were what we were after. I felt I was always part of the build process and despite frequently working away was always kept up to date. We are so happy and delighted with our new home and appreciative of the volume of work Grand Pacific did to get us in before Christmas. The quality and craftmanship of their work surpassed our expectations and we have already recommended them to friends looking to build in the near future.
Grand Pacific Homes renovated our house, completely transforming it into a beautiful modern home. Clint project managed the renovations, organising various trades who arrived back to back to provide a seamless transition. Their workmanship was top quality and they provided us with various options including ones to ensure we stayed within our budget. Renovations can be extremely stressful but the team at Grand Pacific Homes made it so much easier. This is the second time we’ve worked with the team and wouldn’t hesitate utilising their skills again.
