They deserve zero stars! I have sent drivers here multiple times, only once we got loaded in 2h! Usually loading time at this facility is 7-9 hours, they do not care about your appt! I am not sending my trucks to pick up at this location ever again!

Very bad service Worst place for truck drivers. 5 to 6 hours to get load . even if you have an appointment they don't care.

This warehouse is the worst and most delayed in loading or unloading a truck. I arrived at 2 pm and they finished loading the trailer at 8:30 pm. Owner operators if they value their time and their work, never but never accept. a load from or to this place.

My appointment was at 1130 am I checked in at 10 30 am. It is now 9 30 pm. Still not loaded,no eta on when it will be loaded my hope is any one who checks these ratings before they commit to a load will read the reviews and not. Take any of there work. This place is a perfect example of why shoppers and recievers need to be regulated

They will do nothing for you as a company. The coordinators are rude, the supervisors throw you into jobs you are not supposed to be doing to begin with. All I can say is when they harrass you by yelling at you in front of your entire team and continuously put you down and embarrass you don't think they will do anything either. I clearly told HR about my issue and they said they could do nothing about it. I was fired for another issue, but I did not want to fight for my job back I wanted to report harassment that caused me to leave so others can be aware. Don't waste your time with people and a company who could care less about your rights. Yes the 4 days off are good, but it's not worth the daily stress of knowing you are nothing there to them. TRUST THE REVIEWS FOR THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY AND FIND SOMETHING WORTH YOUR TIME.
