In August of 2020 we had The Local Boy deliver a dumpster to one of our projects in Big Fork MN, on delivery he had created big ruts in the yard and also destroyed a garden plot of the homeowners. After speaking to the homeowner he said that it was avoidable and he didn't need to drive in that area and could have stayed on the driveway. I reached out to Todd and asked him to fix his mistake and for transparency it was in November because we have been working on an insurance claim and the homeowner forgot to bring it up until then. Todd told me that he couldn't do it this year which I agreed with so I asked him to make a point of going out to fix it in the spring. He said \tell the homeowner I refuse to do it\ in those exact words. As a construction company I am amazed that someone could be that rude and have that poor of customer service. We will be going to take care of the issue ourselves because we believe in servicing the customer. Please people never use a company that acts this poorly.
