Running the pop-up was a unique experience and Coleman and Kara were very accommodating and made the process easy and trouble-free! Most landlords are very poor with communication and lack the desire to work with their tenants. The husband and wife duo of Neighbors Development make renting easier! I personally was in contact with Kara any time there was an issue of any kind, she was quick to respond and work on/fix the issues. As long as you are a responsible tenant and keep the landlords informed on any and all issues, they will ensure you’re taken care of!
