They were fantastic about picking up 18 Hefty size bags of junk from our garage & attic in addition to our usual garbage 2X a week. They picked it up the day I called. Charged a low rate for each additional bag as well. Great customer service on the phone, & always polite. Thank you GRAND!

I have never had a bad experience with Grand Sanitation. Everyone in the office has always been very professional, helpful and quick to resolve any issue. I have mostly been dealing with Gisela. She is very professional, courteous, super nice and most helpful. They are a very nice company to deal with and their drivers are very nice too. I appreciate their work ethic, respect for their customers and prompt service. I have a weekly pickup and I can say without hesitation that Grand Sanitation is worth using.
