Prompt, professional and personable. A concern over a skin tag got me sent here to see Family Nurse Practitioner Morgan Mattingly and Dr. Nathan Jones. From the waiting area, with its COVID regulated seating, friendly receptionist, to the short time it took for nurse Cathy to bring me back, I was impressed with the level of service. Cathy walked me thru the needed questions and prepared me with a friendly ease for the full body exam by FNP Mattingly, who was thorough and confident. Dr. Jones completed the overall exam and answered any questions, leaving me to fill assured that I was getting the care I needed. Now we wait for the biopsy and positive outcome on these results.
