Giving them a 1 star is doing them a favor! Slow service and lied about the time and said that they promised a different time. While standing there dealing with the owner another guest walked in to pick up their clothes and they weren’t done either. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Make sure you get everything in writing if you take a gamble with them!

I regularly do my laundry at Grand Wash. I like that I don't need to use quarters anymore and the staff is friendly.
Nice and friendly support of the employees. You have to buy a card to use the machines, but you can return it after use and receive your credit back. One star less because some clothes did not become clean.
Good plach to wash your car clean plenty of wax like choices.
I had a cart of wash. waited for store to open. Owner came to the door was rude about my me waiting for it to open. She told me your not bringing that wash in here.. I said, what was that. Told her I had wash to wash SHE WAS RUDE AND PICKY. maybe it was a race issue or something. I told her I'll just go somewhere else. I never get judged. Only went here because it had a good rating.. definitely give it 0 stars but that option wasn't there. One star from me. Also this place shouldn't be the rating it is. I will never go there again. I don't like RUDE PEOPLE JUDGING OTHER PEOPLE. also I'm a very clean person and respectfull.
