I like Edo food alot and have given the mediocre customer service many chances to improve. But my last visit was my final straw. I had to wait for the staff member to finish her text message and put her phone away(in the drawer beneath the "no personal phones" sign taped on the counter). My 1 order of grilled veg teriyaki took a bit longer than one would assume it would. Got it back to work to eat it and found a lovely straight black hair in it.....(0% chance its my own)...Gross......

Noodles were not cooked properly, all stuck together. Barely any vegetables. Edo in the Mall is def way better! 2nd star is because no matter what the teriyaki sauce is the best.

I went to this Edo on October 29. Waited for 15 minutes for a server to take my order but they preferred chatting with each other, mingling with delivery people (maybe an other restaurant employee).The girl which was on the front counter was very rude. I ordered a Chicken teriyaki meal with 2 scoops of Teriyaki sauce on the side. when I got my order, the sauce was on the food which should be on the side as told. I asked the lady to change the order she refused to do so and not even apologized. I asked her to call the manager and I got surprised when she said I am the manager. Later when I had my meal it was impossible to eat, everything was undercooked and I found pieces of Beef as I requested No Beef ( I don't eat ). eat it ) Action must be taken on the manager. The Lady don't deserve to be the manager anyways. Very disappointed, would not recommend. Worst customer service. After being a long standing customer I will not be returning.

This Edo is the best one I have been too. Its staff is friendly and helpful. The food is always fresh and super delicious. The restaurant is kept really clean. The staff also makes sure that they get me my food as fast as they can without compromising on the quality.
