Went to get a Cap for my Vent for the roof, wasnt exactly sure what size it was, so wanted to buy 3 different sizes as the roof is quiet high and dont want to make the trip more then once, the parts guy would NOT sell me more then one as he stated that they DO NOT DO RETURNS, only once in a blue moon. He did sarcastically tell me that he would sell me a tape measurer which was not something i wanted to hear. I would highly not recommend this place due to the horrible parts guy working in the HVAC section

Avoid. Ive dealt with this store, and all the others in town. There are plenty of options, this one is currupted to the core and they will oversell you items you do not need, rip you off coming and going. The manager lacks any morals and breeds this behaviour in his staff.
